Exchanges, warranties, and right of withdrawal

Changes by size or color

If you need to request an exchange for size or color, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, odorless, stain-free, unaltered, and with its tags and packaging intact. The exchange is subject to availability and transportation costs associated with a voluntary exchange are assumed by the customer.

Right of withdrawal

For purchases made remotely, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 5 business days following delivery, in the cases and conditions provided by Colombian legislation. You must return the garment by the same means and in the same conditions in which you received it. Return costs derived from withdrawal are assumed by the consumer.

When the withdrawal is appropriate and complete data and the returned product have been received, we will refund the amounts paid without deductions or retentions, to the same payment method or to the agreed method, within the maximum legal period of 15 calendar days.

Legal guarantee

We are responsible for the quality, suitability, and good condition of the garments in accordance with the Consumer Statute. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, modifications, or damage caused after delivery.

If you receive a wrong, incomplete, defective, or different garment from the one purchased, please contact us immediately. When the claim is valid due to a cause attributable to LP Activewear, we will assume the corresponding logistical costs.
